åhm is a dark post-rock/metal band formed by veterans of the 1990s Linköping hardcore and indie scenes in Sweden. The band members come from projects such as Roswell, Interlace, Frozen Still Life and Circle Six.
This sound is represented by the song ‘Memorial Garden’. It gradually build up to a heavy, intense emotional peak. Balanced between melodic moments and heavier rhythm parts, the song reflects on loss, memories and personal reflection in its lyrics, and it’s a great representation of åhm’s more introspective sound.
