Gillingham-based songwriter Danny Vuckovic has released his latest track If I Get To Heaven, which dropped on August 15, 2025. The song was written entirely by Vuckovic, both lyrics and music, and centres on the subject of toxic relationships and the desire to break free from them.

The recording took place at his home studio using a DAW. Vuckovic kept the recording process as simple as possible, choosing to capture the acoustic guitar in a single take. Each instrument was recorded with the same idea in mind, to keep the sound close to how it was originally played rather than edited into something else.

The vocals sitting at the forefront of the mix and carry alot of the emotional weight of the track. Danny has skilfully crafted the instrumentals to complement the vocals perfectly. With the stripped back production giving space for the lyrics to really hit, lyrics which deal directly with personal experience, Vuckovic has described the aim as straightforward, to write from the heart and not lose sight of that when it comes to recording.
