MILLION YEARS
'CIRCLES'
Words: Music News Monthly
Durham 4-piece Million Years have knocked it out of the park with their latest single, 'Circles'. Having had a year crammed full of live gigs, the lads dropped this cracking tune in early December as an early Christmas treat for their fans, and a treat it most certainly was.
MillionYears are Anthony Ender · Steve Baddeley · James Colledge · Dan Smith, describe themselves as an alternative scream punk, rock band, and that pretty much sums it up really. 'Circles' has it all, punk edginess with high-energy screamy vocals at points but held together with a more traditional rock groove that runs throughout. A very well rounded piece and bloody catchy, so be warned, there is a good chance it will be stuck in your head for ages after listening.

It is a cracking start for a band that has honed its sound through constant gigging, from Darlington to Cramlington, Newcastle to Stockton and everywhere in between. Million Years has stamped its mark firmly on the North East, and 2026 looks set to be another big year for them, and with any luck, they will be playing at a venue near you.
This is a band that is well worth keeping an eye on as they continue to grow their fanbase and hopefully add more releases to their catalogue. Check them out for yourself, and don't forget to spread the word by sharing with your friends.
