KEREM GORAL
something's wrong

Picture
Kerem Goral, an emerging artist from Chafford Hundred, England, has released his new single Something’s Wrong, a track that opens his upcoming album All the Hate Comes from a Virtual Place. It was released on 21 September 2025, chosen deliberately to coincide with Alzheimer’s Day in memory of his late grandmother.

Beginning the song as a personal project, Kerem recorded Something's Wrong between his home and his grandparent's house. It is a detail that has helped to shape the way it sounds and feels. The project was made all the more personal as he enlisted the help of his friend NTHN to help with production, guitars and mixing. That's only part of the story though, the track features contributions from both Atheonix and Lotus Mori, Kerem's mentor and long-time collaborator helping with some of the guitarwork.
Musically, Something’s Wrong draws on elements of hyperpop and heavy modern rock, inspired by the intensity of Bring Me The Horizon and Architects. But beneath the heavy layers, it’s a song about loss and reflection. The noise never overshadows the feeling rather it carries it.

It’s a strong introduction to the themes Kerem explores in his album , grief, identity and rebuilding. For him, this release is less about statement and more about honesty.

Something’s Wrong is available now on all major streaming platforms.
