Fixation releases powerful new single "Tyrannical Miracle" - a taste of their upcoming EP!
After an impressive festival summer, Fixation is back with their new single "Tyrannical Miracle," setting the standard for what we can expect from their upcoming EP. The band from Norway has quickly become a name to watch, and with their debut album "More Subtle than Death" and over 60 international concerts in 2023, they were able to kick off 2024 with a double nomination and the award for "Breakthrough of the Year" at the Norwegian Publishing Awards! Just three singles in and Raven Numan is making a big impression. A beguiling black-heart of creativity, the 20-year-old flavours her dark wave roots with modernist alt-pop embellishments, while her lyrics bravely cut open her vulnerabilities for the world to see. Each release brings new admirers into her coven, with support so far including Daniel P. Carter at Radio 1, Kerrang!, Spotify’s Misfits 2.0 playlist and praise from Garbage. Meanwhile, her striking spectral style has been highlighted with shoots with FAULT and ODALïSQUE. The next stage is her evolution is now underway as she shares the new single ‘Overwhelming’.
