The Confederation - Hypergravity

The Confederation, a project based in Coventry, have released a new album titled Hypergravity, written by Simon and recorded with a group of remote collaborators. The band cite influences from electronic and trip-hop artists such as Goldfrapp, Massive Attack and Radiohead, and from the structure of classic rock operas. Those reference points appear in the way the album is organised, the songs follow a linear narrative based around two characters, Lena and Norm, whose experiences shape the tracklist.
