REVIEW
PULSE PARK
"phonac music"
Review by David Weddle
Indie rock trio Pulse Park have recently released their debut album "phonac music" on Shore Drive Records. Having formed during the recent pandemic and releasing their debut EP in 2020, Pulse Park have been concentrating on refining their sound and creating a fantastically curated album. The band's German and Canadian roots make for a true international, musical collaboration.
The coming together of Magnusson (guitar and vocals), Frank Hagan (bass/guitar) and Oliver Polastri (drums), has given the world a must listen to sound. The album grabs attention from the very first track and manages to hold it throughout the entire ten tracks. Demonstrating the band's musical talent and the ability to make a damn good song, "phonac music" is the perfect introduction to Pulse Park. The vocals are on point, and Frank and Oliver compliment Magnusson perfectly.
If you like indie-rock then you are going to love this album. If you don't like indie-rock then this is the album to change your mind. Available to stream right now, visit the band's website for details.
