REPEAT
Are Back With a New Anthem, “Celebrate”
Swedish punk band Repeat returned on May 16th with a brand new single, “Celebrate” — and it’s a big one. It’s the first taste of their upcoming EP, also called Celebrate, which is dropping this September.
The track is fast, loud, and packed with emotion. You can hear the urgency in every second. It’s a song about losing yourself in the moment, whether it’s joy or chaos you’re feeling. There’s a rawness in the sound, but it’s not messy — just honest. The band wanted something heavier and more melodic than before, and they nailed it.

Repeat have been building serious momentum with intense shows across Sweden and Germany, and this new release feels like a step up. They’ve once again teamed up with producer Joakim Lindberg at Studio Sickan in Malmö, and you can hear the attention to detail in the mix without losing that punchy edge they’re known for.
“We tried a few new things in the studio but didn’t want to lose who we are,” the band says. “This track kind of shaped the rest of the EP.”
With five new songs on the way this September, Repeat are setting the tone early. Celebrate is the kind of track that hits hard the first time you hear it and keeps you coming back.
