Sam Fender releases Tyrants, a track lifted from his recently released vinyl-only Record Store Day EP, “Me and the Dog”. Listen here
2025 has already been another stratospheric year for Sam Fender, with his third record, the broadly acclaimed People Watching debuting at #1 in the UK as the fastest selling of the year thus far with over 100,000 sales in its first week of sale, and the second biggest selling record of 2025 to date. It’s Sam’s third consecutive #1 album, and helped to reap him another BRIT Award, his third to date, for best “Rock/Alternative Act’.
Within days of the album’s release, Sam hit Europe for a sold-out tour, soon followed by a very successful North American run that wrapped last night in Denver. Next month, Sam returns to UK stages for the first time this year to headline BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2025 in Liverpool’s Sefton Park ahead of four sold-out stadium shows, including his biggest headline show to date at the 78,000 capacity London Stadium on 6thJune. Three hometown shows at Newcastle’s St. James’ Park are also all sold out. For a full list of upcoming live dates, including huge outdoor shows in Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast, see below.
Today’s release of Tyrants follows recent live performances of the track on both the US and European tours, followed by much fan demand for the track to be added to streaming platforms.
