DESPERATE CONSCIUSNESS, the latest work by producer from Verona (ITA) Kevin Follet, will
be released on December 1st 2020 on the main digital distribution platforms.
The fact that the aforementioned album is recorded live, creates a natural flow of consciousness
where the brilliant creativity of the already well known wizard of synthetic and analog sound fears
no obstacles, hence the title of the album.
The premises are the same as always, and they are excellent.
This is not to suggest to expect the usual, but on the contrary , you can expect something unusual
compared to what Follet always manages to offer, renewing himself from time to time along his
experiential journeys with sinusoids.
This time period is the most suitable to give voice and freedom to a stream of consciousness
elaborated by machines incomprehensible to us as humans.
Something will change on December 1st.
Says K.F. : "Desperate Consciousness underlines Kevin Follet's visceral approach to composition
and exploration, out of trend as usual, definitely a product for those looking for something
different."
Kevin Follet is an exponent of contemporary electronic music from Verona (ITA) who stands out for
sound research, innovation and experimentation. An artist with multiple identities, which allowed him to
take part in numerous projects, offering an incredibly vast range of sound experiences.
Multi-instrumentalist, from '92 to today, he has made the most varied genres his own: electronic, edm,
idm, trip hop, experimental, drone, ambient, punk, jazz, crossover, post metal, sludge. Among the
projects that still see him involved with, let us mention the bands WOWS, Dark Inc. and Cavrones, as a
soloist we can’t forget to name Viscera AV Show and Sleep Disorder AV Show, projects that have
allowed him to perform throughout Italy and also abroad.
Since 2010 he has been a founding member of Drummond Records, an electronic music record label
