We are delighted to announce our first single ‘Take off the Pressure’ from our debut EP ‘If Not
Now, When?’ will be released on the 1st September. We have been working tirelessly on these new tunes and have been overwhelmed by the response received when playing them at our gigs.

The song ‘Take Off the Pressure’ tells the story of a man and woman who have stressful lives
and are being told to take a step back and relax, it is about helping people out who seem like
they are struggling whether that be physically (the man) or mentally (the woman). This
bouncing, driven track aims to tell the listener and everyone around them to slow down and do whatever’s necessary to take the pressure off and help others around you. This track gives off a sense of optimism with the last lines of each verse “it’s his time to shine’ and ‘she’s such a delight’.

Both lines indicate that both the man and the woman in the song have hope and know that things will get better. The guitars ring loud throughout along with a catchy riff and a
massive guitar solo, the drums and bass play a major part and complement each other nicely especially in parts where they are the only instruments present.
