Taken from her forthcoming album ‘A Place In Your Heart’, due for release on May 10th 2024, now available to pre-order / pre-save HERE.

The single was premiered on R2’s Drive Time with Sara Cox last night. You can listen to the single here.
The single 'Sorry' is a perfect taster for the album showcasing Gabrielle’s instantly recognisable voice, providing a typically Gabrielle, soulful ballad. When speaking on the single, Gabrielle said 'I wrote ‘Sorry’ for those that have been wronged and never got the apology they deserved. It’s one of my favourite songs on the new album and I’m excited for it to be out in the world.'

Gabrielle recently appeared on Graham Norton performing the first single from the album ‘A Place In Your Heart’. The first single was premiered, and A listed on Zoe Ball Radio2. Gabrielle also appeared on BBC Radio 2 Piano Rooms (02.02), where she gave an amazing performance of the first single, her well known hit 'Out of Reach', and an amazing cover of Stuck On You by Lionel Richie.

Last month, Gabrielle headlined the Mighty Hoopla Big Weekender, and announced a 2025 arena tour with Tunde Baiyewu of Lighthouse Family as special guest. Her London date will be at the iconic O2 where she will play to over 20,000 people following on from her sold out 2023 tour, which saw her headline the Royal Albert Hall.

The new album ‘A Place In Your Heart’ captures everything that fans adore Gabrielle for: that unique soulful voice, full of emotion, vulnerability and yearning; song writing that has the ability to pick you up and take you along, warming, classic and timeless showcasing why after decades at the top of her game Gabrielle is more relevant than ever and respected by fans and peers alike.

‘A Place In Your Heart’ continues her creative partnership with producer and co-writer Ian Barter (Paloma Faith, Amy Winehouse) after their success with 2018’s Top 10 comeback ‘Under My Skin’ and 2021’s ‘Do It Again’ - which became her highest charting album in twenty years when it debuted at #4.

From the early ‘90s to the turn of the millennium, Gabrielle was one of the UK’s most successful artists. With two unforgettable #1 smashes (‘Dreams’ and ‘Rise’), a back catalogue full of Top 10 hits, two albums which reached 4 x Platinum status, two BRIT Awards, two MOBOs and an Ivor Novello, everything she touched seemed to turn to gold.

But after some time away, she suddenly found herself in the middle of a victory lap in which she not only reconnected with original fans but was embraced by a new generation too. It was kickstarted by her show-stealing performances in ‘The Masked Singer’, leading to her 2021 album ‘Do It Again’ album entering the charts at #4 - her highest chart position in twenty years. She was also heralded as a pivotal influence by the iconic artists of this era, first with a personal invite from Adele to perform at her huge Hyde Park shows, and then when Stormzy asked her to appear in the video for ‘Mel Made Me Do It’. The track’s dramatic monologue directly referenced her cultural impact: "Gabrielle once told us dreams can come true, and that sentence emancipated the minds of our pioneers."

Gabrielle continues her live outings throughout 2024 with a busy schedule which includes 4 dates with Tom Jones, a headline at Durham’s iconic Cathedral in July, a performance at Cambridge Club Festival (alongside Chaka Khan) in June, and a performance at Brighton Pride in August.
